What can I do on My Account?

  • Account Settings - You can make changes to your personal account information including email address, password, and professional profile. You can also cancel automatic renewal(s).
  • Newsletter Subscriptions - You can manage your email newsletter subscriptions.
  • Email Marketing Preferences - You can manage your email marketing preferences.

Go to the Update Password tab and type in a new password. By default this field is masked, but you can check 'Show Password' if you'd like to see what you are typing. After entering your new password, click 'Save Changes' to save your changes.

How do I sign up for an email newsletter?

You can sign up for any newsletter(s) that you'd like to receive on the Newsletter Subscriptions tab. Click 'Save Changes' to save your changes.

How do I cancel an email newsletter?

Go to the Newsletter Subscriptions tab and uncheck the newsletter(s) that you would like to unsubscribe from. Click 'Save Changes' to save your changes.

Why have I stopped receiving an email newsletter?

It's possible that your email service provider has a spam or virus filter in place that mistakenly identifies the newsletter as an unwanted message, or you may have mistakenly added our address to your 'junk senders' list and the newsletter is being automatically placed on your junk or deleted items folder.

Check your email settings, or you may need to contact your mail service provider for support.
